As a private chef, culinary educator, and hospitality professional, she creates unforgettable dining experiences inspired by worldwide flavors with a soulful twist. From intimate, private dinners and corporate retreats to culinary education and food safety instruction. Her passion is bringing people together through exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and memorable experiences.

With over fifteen years of culinary and hospitality experience, Chef Nathalia has built her career across some of Florida's most respected names, including the Ritz-Carlton and AdventHealth. A culinary arts instructor for three years, she has spent over a decade in private dining and catering and more than five years creating menus for corporate retreats and executive gatherings. Her passion for teaching and creating meaningful experiences through food is at the heart of everything she does.
